Daddy's birthday dinner

We celebrated Daddy's birthday some more at Ephesus, very yummy Turkish restaurant in West Seattle, with Uncle Eric in the evening.

Fremont Market

Auntie Boo and Uncle Brady. . .okay, mainly Auntie Boo, took Cupcakes to the Fremont Sunday Market after the Theo Chocolate factory tour. Cupcakes had some popcorn and fun people and dog watching.

Daddy's birthday party

We had Daddy's birthday party at Theo Chocolate. We were very happy that most everyone invited came and sorry that we couldn't invite everyone since there was a limit of 25. Everyone seemed to have enjoyed the chocolate factory tour and looked very sexy in the hair nets. Cupcakes didn't mind it this time! She had a tasting of the chocolates there and even a confection! (Mama wondered why Cupcakes is the focus of every post, but it makes sense since this is Cupcakes' blog, hee.)

For half of the tour she went to Auntie Lisa, her other Mama, ha.

Walk on a cold day

Where are you going, Cupcakes? This way. . .

Cupcakes gets so distracted walking herself that we put her in the stroller. It was so cold that Auntie Liz's handmade swaddling blanket came in handy. Cupcakes got to play with a dandelion and took it apart! This is our cutester.

B&O on a snowy Saturday night

It was snowing outside.

Everyone was having a good time. Desserts are coming.

The John street sign was behind Daddy outside.

Auntie Elizabeth and Mama - friends since 1991 - Does this mean that we are old, Auntie Elizabeth?

Cups was having dinner still, and desserts came!

Daddy's very excited. Mama is guessing that he was talking about the greek custard from his facial expression.

Mama and her baby. . .and Auntie Elizabeth's finger, haha

Awww. . . and this is the special someone that Cups is named after. Okay, Cupcakes' real name. . .

Why oh why

The bathroom is Cupcakes' favorite room in the house.

Bye-bye, Lambie!

Cups just dropped her toy and Lambie on the floor by the door on the way out to daycare. Mama leaned Lambie against the wall and told Cups to say bye-bye. Cups waved.

Cups did not play wii but played with the wii remote, and she also plays with Monkey and Auntie Penny's exercise ball! Uncle Michael and Daddy are great at taking turns playing with Cups.

Easter eggs galore

Auntie Lisa took us hunting for eggs. Anni did a great job collecting and piling up the eggs in her basket. Cups did not have a bag since Mama did not want to bring home eggs or candy. Adam and Annika had prizes, which they generously shared with Cups. When we left there were still so many eggs in our corner of the classroom that the other kids had some more to hunt for!

Cups still plays with the two eggs that came in the little Easter basket that Auntie Lisa prepared for her. Thank you, Auntie Lisa!!

Eva on the go

Eva likes to climb on the shelf and get off on the side - funny baby. She's also pulling herself up - what a big girl!

At the whale park with Daddy and Mama

The family went to the park on a Sunday afternoon. A baby fell and got a fat lip. Daddy ran two doors down to Uncle Kutz's to get ice for him. We visited with Uncle Kutz before we headed home, and Cups fell sleep in the car on the way home.
