Cupcakes being scanned

The second day in Honolulu, Mama took Cupcakes for a walk shortly after Uncle Scott left for work, looking for "local flavor." We walked all the way to the Ward Farmers Market that we were at the previous day.

On the way out, Cupcakes ate a piece of grass from her walk in the park, and we passed by the Honolulu freeway bumper-to-bumper morning traffic, a 12-hour spin-a-thon fundraiser, a breakfast place that served ox tail soup and a store that sold Life is Good baby clothes. On the way home Mama and baby shared an a
çaí drink (with blueberries in it) from Jamba Juice to give ourselves a boost of antioxidants. Mama noticed that Jamba Juice was wherever Starbucks was in Honolulu.

We checked out the breakfast menu at McD: spam, eggs and rice; Portuguese sausage, eggs and rice; and Morning Mac, consisting of English muffin, two slices of cheese with two sausage patties. People in Honolulu seem to like Ross, and a 99 cent store next to the farmers market actually sold everything for $1.49 and up.

It started sprinkling on the way home, so Mama and Cupcakes hopped on the bus to come back to the condo. Bus fare was $2, and the transfer ticket was only good for one use. The bus driver collected our ticket on our transfer. We had an adventurous morning.

On the way to the Sea Life Park, Mama asked Auntie Brooke if we could please stop by the store that sold Life is Good baby clothes. Mama got Cupcakes a sweatshirt, and Uncle Chris took a picture of Cupcakes being scanned.
