We were on the way to the Waikiki Beach, and Mama got side tracked shopping.
They had really high end stores along the street we were on, and even Baskin Robbins looked inviting there! (Uncle Chris commented that Mama's picture taking was as bad as the Japanese. Mama corrected him – "Worse than the Japanese." For the blog she'd rather have too many than not enough pictures.)
Frommer's recommended that people bring a book on Hawaiian plants on the trip. Mama could appreciate that suggestion after she started wondering what she was looking at.
